Black Friday Deals!

So these are some Black Friday Deals, both in-store or online, that are from some of my favorite stores and have been brought to my attention.

1. Wet Seal: Everything in-store/online BOGO free, and holiday steals of $12 faux fur boots and $15 cozy Jackets, free shipping on $20+; so of course I have to mention the company I work at. I work this afternoon and needless to say I will be shopping on my break and trying to get christmas gifts for everyone at my store.
2. Sleek Makeup: 20% off all orders. Now I know Sleek isn't a really big store or anything, they're more of a brand, but I have been dying to try them out because my two favorite beauty vloggers, Zoella and Tanya Burr, always mention them. So I'll probably be getting small order and trying them out also while getting %20 off
3. E.l.f. Makeup: BOGO 50% off (Use code BLACKFRIDAY on orders $30+ until 11/30) and free shipping on orders $35+; so this another brand not store but OMG they're sales are totally worth it! I think I'll be getting they're beauty bundle along with a free kabuki brush!
4. Victoria's Secret: tons of deals just check out they're site. free tote with $75+ purchase, free shipping on $50+, $20 off $125 purchase, BOGO 50% off bras; And those I think are all they special black friday sales but I won't be buying anything personally from them because everything I asked for on my Christmas List was from there and so I'll leave the shopping up to my friends and family ;)
5. Ulta: Free shipping $25+ and several other specific deals; Ulta is one of my favorite beauty stores because they have a mixture of high end and drugstore products. So check out they're ad and they have lots of sales on certain items!
6. Forever 21: Black Friday deals starting at $4, extra 30% off sale items, FREE SHIPPING NO MINIMUM; I probably won't be shopping at F21 because I will run out of money by then but they're deals are a steal!
7. Bath and Body Works: mix and match entire store Buy 3 Get 3 Free, $20 VIP tote with $40 purchase; I might shop here a bit for gifts and candles because I'm in desperate need for some seasonal candles! I really love candles.

so there are my top/ favorite black friday deal spots, hope you guys enjoy! but the most important thing to remember, I think is to enjoy the holidays with people you love :)

21 Things that Happen When You're Sick on Thanksgiving

So yesterday, was Thanksgiving, a time when you're supposed to come together with the people you love and be thankful for all that you have. And you eat turkey and mashed potatoes and stuffing and all those other traditional things. But most of the time it just becomes a family feud over who's going to make what and who is going to carve the turkey. But as great as it sounds, I was sick with the flu, and missed it. So these are some of the things that happen when you're sick on Thanksgiving.

1. You tell all your friends and family
2. Your family will be sad and promise to bring back home leftovers
3. You know the leftovers your family will bring back are going to be crap that no one wanted (hello green bean casserole)
4. Your boyfriend is thankful for... being out of town so that he doesn't get infected by you
5. Your friends feel sorry for you 
6. They offer to come over in haz mat suits
7. You know they're really not going to come over for fear of being infected with your germs
8. You end of having Tuesday's left over spaghetti for breakfast/lunch
9. You watch past Thanksgiving episodes of Gossip Girl to get in the holiday spirit
10. You decide Tripp Vanderbuilt was the biggest SOB but d*mn was he attractive
11. Your room quickly becomes a mess and for some reason there are a billion socks everywhere
12. The sink fills up with mugs because you're wasteful and don't want to reuse the same mug if you're drinking a different kind of tea
13. You find the Notebook on the Lifetime channel and fall in love with Ryan Gosling all over again
14. You tell your boyfriend you're watching the Notebook and that he has to watch it again with you
15. He asks if thats the one where Rachel McAdams loses her memory and to think about it there are several movies where Rachel McAdams loses her memory 
16. Your friend comes over and brings you her thanksgiving left overs! yay! 
17. You are too sick to stomach food and make tea instead
18. Your friend convinces you to go out and have a Friendsgiving and meet up with other friends
19. The medicine is really kicking in and you feel better! and so you do
20. In two hours the medicine wear's off and you end up dozing off on your friends shoulder
21. You go home and pray that you're better by tomorrow because guess what... you have to work on Black Friday

Beauty Review! Revlon ColorStay Moisture Stain

So recently I've really gotten into watching beauty vlogger videos on YouTube. When juicystar07 a.k.a. Blair Fowler, started becoming really popular I tried watching beauty videos and I could just not get into it. They talked too much, and I was in middle school I didn't have the money for these high end products. And now I'm in college and I still don't have for high end makeup products (lol at my college girl budget). But I have gotten into beauty videos! My two favorites are Tanya Burr and Zoella! They're English and adorable and also often feature great drugstore beauty products! They've even inspired me to start a blog of my own!

So I wanted to talk about one product that I love, thanks to Zoella (really thanks so much girl!), and that's Revlon's ColorStay Moisture Stain. Zoe says its like a lipstick and a lipgloss combined and I think she is absolutely right. The product has the thickness and consistency of a lipstick, and the subtle glossiness of a lipgloss, and even the moisturizing-ness (totally not a word) capability of a lip balm.

Prices may vary but I got this at CVS drugstore for $9.99 and it was buy one get one half off so I got another for $4.99! I was super excited about this and extremely determined. When I heard Zoella recommend this I immediately had to get it and dragged my boyfriend to maybe three stores to find it. He wasn't thrilled but I sure was!

So more about the product... the pigmentation is amazing! I got two colors, one burgundy maroon color in Parisian Passion and another nude coral in London Posh. I've been on the hunt for a good fall color like burgundy or maroon to wear to work for Black Friday (I work in retail and specifically for that day we have a dress code which is all black with a pop! of maroon/burgandy). And the color really does last for a while... I haven't tried it for more than half a day though but I will tomorrow at work! I even tried wiping the color off (because my boyfriend wouldn't let me kiss him with lipstick on) and my lips still stayed a bit berry red for the rest of the day!

Really love the color. And I am excited to try it out at work tomorrow and I'll update how it goes afterwards. Maybe I'll do before and afterwards shots...
